2. Been in business a minimum of five years.
3. Have a success rate of over 70% of patients having gone through the program living their life free of drug and alcohol addiction.
4. After the initial detox period, providing a rehabilitation program that is entirely drug free.
5. A gentle, friendly approach to helping the patient learn why the addiction occurred and how to live a healthy life that is under their control.
6. Doesn't have a fixed time period for treatment. Some patients need more time, some less and the program must be based on a process of allowing the patient to take the time he or she needs to successfully change their life.
7. Must take many forms of health insurance to cover the cost of the program.
8. Must have a follow-up program to stay in contact with the patient after treatment to ensure they are doing well.
9. A guarantee that allows the patient to return to the program free of charge for at least six months after he or she has completed treatment.
